If you pay a seller directly — by bank transfer, a payment app, or any off-platform method — Preloved Protection won’t apply, and we can’t help recover your money.

Use Preloved Bazaar’s messaging to talk to sellers. Keeping the conversation here means there’s a clear record if you ever need to report a problem, and it helps us resolve things fairly. Be wary if a seller asks to move the chat or the payment elsewhere.
Spotting red flags

- Pressure to complete a deal quickly or “off the record”.
- Requests to message on another app before you’ve bought.
