Payments are handled by Stripe
All payments on Preloved Bazaar are processed by Stripe, a trusted global payments provider used by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are entered securely with Stripe and are never stored on Preloved Bazaar.
Your money is held until delivery
When you pay, your money doesn’t go straight to the seller. Instead, it’s held securely by the platform and only released to the seller after your item has been posted and a short window has passed. This gives you time to receive your order and check it’s as expected.
If your item never arrives, or there’s a problem you report successfully, your money can be returned to you rather than already gone.
Backed by Preloved Protection
On top of secure processing and held payments, every order is covered by Preloved Protection — so you’re protected against items that don’t arrive or aren’t as described.
