To help you buy with confidence, a seller’s store and profile carry a few signals earned through real activity on Preloved Bazaar — so you get a genuine sense of how they operate before you buy.
Star rating from reviews
After an order is completed, the buyer and seller can review each other, 1 to 5 stars. A seller’s overall rating is shown on their store and profile, so you can see how previous buyers found dealing with them.
Activity and store info
- An “Active … ago” line shows roughly when the seller was last on Preloved Bazaar.
- Their location (city and country), when they joined, and their bio give you a bit of background.
Activity badges
Up to three badges can appear, each earned automatically from what a seller does:
- New on Preloved — the seller joined within the last 30 days. Everyone starts somewhere, and a new seller can be just as trustworthy — this simply tells you they’re new to the community.
- Frequent Uploads — the seller has listed at least 5 items in the last 30 days. It’s a sign of an active wardrobe that’s regularly refreshed.
- Speedy Shipping — the seller has completed at least 3 orders and added tracking within 48 hours on at least 80% of them. A good indicator that your order is likely to be posted promptly.
How to read them
These signals are a helpful guide, not a guarantee — a seller without badges or reviews isn’t necessarily one to avoid, and a new seller simply hasn’t had time to earn the activity-based ones yet. Always read the listing, check the photos and measurements, and message the seller if you have a question.
