To help you buy with confidence, some sellers display trust badges on their store and profile. These are earned through real activity on Preloved Bazaar, so they give you a genuine sense of how a seller operates.
The three badges
- New on Preloved — the seller joined within the last 30 days. Everyone starts somewhere, and a new seller can be just as trustworthy — this simply tells you they’re new to the community.
- Frequent Uploads — the seller has listed at least 5 items in the last 30 days. It’s a sign of an active wardrobe that’s regularly refreshed.
- Speedy Shipping — the seller has completed at least 3 orders and added tracking within 48 hours on at least 80% of them. A good indicator that your order is likely to be posted promptly.
How to read them
Badges are a helpful guide, not a guarantee — a seller without badges isn’t necessarily one to avoid, and a new seller simply hasn’t had time to earn the activity-based ones yet. Always read the listing, check the photos and measurements, and message the seller if you have a question.
