How can we help you?

Reporting a listing or a seller

Spotted something that doesn’t belong on Preloved Bazaar? You can report a listing or a seller and our team will take a look. Reporting is confidential — the seller isn’t told who reported them.

How to report

  • A listing: open the item and choose Report this listing near the bottom of the details.
  • A seller: go to their shop and choose Report shop.

Pick the reason that fits best — for example a possible counterfeit, a prohibited or restricted item, something in the wrong category, or offensive content — and add a short note if there’s more we should know. You’ll need to be logged in to send a report.

What happens next

Every report goes to our team to review. Depending on what we find, we may edit or remove a listing, get in touch with the seller, or take action on the account. We don’t share the outcome of individual reports, but rest assured each one is read.

If your problem is about an order you’ve placed — it hasn’t arrived, or isn’t as described — that’s handled separately: open the order and use Report a problem so we can sort out a refund if needed.
