How can we help you?

Where can sellers register, and where can buyers be?

Who can sell on Preloved Bazaar?

To sell on Preloved Bazaar you connect a free Stripe account so we can pay you securely for your sales. Stripe is how your earnings reach your bank.

Because payouts run through Stripe, selling is available to sellers based in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada and the EU-27. We’re expanding to more regions where Stripe operates, and this page will be updated as each one opens.

Where can buyers be?

Anywhere in the world. Buyers don’t need to be in your country to buy from you — you choose whether to post abroad.

Shipping internationally

When you list an item you can choose to post it internationally. Tick “Ship this item internationally”, then pick one of two ways to price it:

  • Worldwide — one flat international postage price that covers every destination.
  • Specific regions — a separate price for each continent you’re happy to reach (Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Oceania). Leave a region blank and your item simply won’t ship there.

It’s one or the other per listing. Buyers in your own country always pay your standard domestic postage; buyers abroad are charged your worldwide or regional rate at checkout. If you don’t opt in, your item ships within your own country only.

How you get paid

Your payment is held securely for buyer protection, then released to your Stripe account a few business days after you mark the order as shipped — in your own currency. There’s no Preloved Bazaar selling commission: your full asking price plus postage is paid out to you, minus a small payment-processing fee (via Stripe) that’s reversed if the order is refunded.
