How can we help you?

Your postage: domestic & international shipping

Set your postage when you list

When you list an item, you choose a flat postage price that the buyer pays on top of the item price. You’re in control: set it to whatever covers your posting costs, and it’s shown clearly to buyers before they buy.

Want to sweeten the deal? Set your postage to 0 for free postage. Free postage can make your listing more tempting to buyers browsing for their next preloved find.

Selling internationally

Your buyers can be anywhere in the world, so it’s worth thinking about whether you’re happy to post abroad.

  • Tick “Ship this item internationally” and set a flat international postage price. Set it to 0 for free international postage.
  • Leave it unticked and your item ships within your own country only.

It’s entirely up to you. If you’d rather keep things simple and post locally, just leave the box unticked.

What buyers pay

It depends where your buyer is:

  • Buyers in your own country pay your standard postage.
  • Buyers abroad are charged your international rate at checkout (if you’ve enabled international shipping).

Buying more than one item from you

Good news for buyers who love a bundle: if someone buys several items from you in one go, they pay the highest single per-item postage rate rather than adding up the postage for every item. That makes bundling cheaper for buyers and is a great way to encourage bigger orders from your shop.

Buyers always see the full cost up front

No surprises, for you or your buyer. Your postage appears in a clear price breakdown — item price, protection fee, shipping and total — both on your listing and in the buyer’s Bag before they check out. So buyers always know exactly what they’re paying before they commit.
