How to report a problem with an order

If something’s gone wrong with an order, reporting it is quick. Here’s exactly how to do it on Preloved Bazaar.

Step by step

  • Go to your order. Open the order you want to report from your purchases.
  • Choose “Report a problem”. You’ll find this on the order itself.
  • Pick a reason. Under “What went wrong?”, select the option that best matches — such as your item not arriving, the condition not being as described, the wrong size, damage in transit, or a possible counterfeit.
  • Tell us more. Use the “Tell us more” box to add detail, and include anything that helps explain the issue.
  • Submit your report. Tap “Submit report” to send it. You’ll see a confirmation, and we’ll email you when the seller responds.

When can I report a problem?

You can report a problem while your order is in any of these states:

  • Processing — paid, and on its way to you.
  • On hold — awaiting an action.
  • Completed — marked as finished.

What happens after

Your report goes straight to the seller, who has 48 hours to respond. We’ll keep you posted by email, and you can read more in “What happens after you report”.
