Notifications keep you in the loop on everything happening with your account — a sale, an offer, a message, an order update — so you never miss something that needs your attention.
Where to find them
- Look for the bell icon in the header.
- Select it to open your notifications page, where your recent updates are listed.
What you’ll be notified about
Notifications cover the key moments on both sides of your account, such as:
- Sales and offers on your listings.
- Order updates, including shipping and payouts.
- Messages from buyers or sellers.
- Updates relevant to items you’re following or watching.
The exact updates you see depend on what’s happening with your account, and we add to them over time — so it’s worth checking in now and then.
Staying on top of things
- Check the bell regularly, especially if you have items listed — responding quickly to offers and messages helps sales go smoothly.
- For selling, prompt replies and fast shipping also feed into your activity badges.
Good to know
- Some updates are also sent to the email on your account, so keep your email address current under Settings ▸ Account.
