If you’d like to leave Preloved Bazaar, you can ask us to close your account from Settings → Account. Scroll to the bottom and choose Request account closure. You can add a reason if you’d like — it helps us improve.
It’s a request, not an instant delete
Closing an account is handled by our team rather than at the press of a button, so we can make sure nothing is left unfinished. Once you send the request, we’ll review it and complete the closure for you.
Finish anything in progress first
For everyone’s protection, you can’t close your account while you still have things on the go. You’ll be asked to wrap these up first if you have:
- an active order (as a buyer or a seller);
- funds still being held from a sale that haven’t been paid out;
- an open issue or dispute.
Once those are resolved, your closure request will go through. If you have money sitting in your connected payout account, withdraw it before you ask to close, so nothing is left behind.
Changed your mind? Just carry on using your account as normal — a request only takes effect once our team actions it.
