Your account details — your name, email, password and addresses — are all managed in one place, under Settings ▸ Account in your dashboard.
What you can update
- Your name and email address.
- Your password.
- Your billing and delivery addresses.
On the Settings ▸ Account page, your name, email and password sit together under Your details, while your billing and delivery addresses are in the Addresses section just below.
Changing your password
- Go to Settings ▸ Account and find the password section.
- Enter a new password and save your changes.
- Choose something strong and unique — a mix of letters, numbers and symbols you don’t use elsewhere.
Keeping your details current
It’s worth keeping your email and delivery address up to date. Your email is how we send order updates and notifications, and your delivery address is where your purchases are sent — so a quick check before a big order saves any mix-ups.
Good to know
- Your account details are private to you — other buyers and sellers don’t see them.
- Payout bank details are handled separately by Stripe in the Payments area, not here.
- Locked out? On the log-in page, select Forgot password? and we’ll email you a link to set a new one.
