The more you sell and ship reliably, the faster your money reaches you. Established sellers enjoy a shorter holding window on their payouts as a thank-you for a proven track record.
The two windows
- Standard sellers — funds are released 7 business days after tracking is added.
- Established sellers — that window drops to 3 business days.
In both cases, business days are counted Monday to Friday — weekends don’t count towards the window.
How you become established
The faster window applies once you’ve reached 10 completed shipments. It’s about a consistent history of sending items and completing orders — keep shipping promptly and adding tracking, and your shipment count builds over time. Repeated problems, such as disputes resolved in the buyer’s favour, can slow it back down.
Tracking your progress
- Your progress towards the faster window is shown in the Payments area of your dashboard, as a “Trusted seller” block counting your shipments towards 10.
- There’s no “Trusted” badge on your listings — this status only affects how quickly your funds are released, not how your items appear to buyers.
Good to know
- Separately, there are three activity badges that can show on your store and profile — New on Preloved, Frequent Uploads and Speedy Shipping — but these reflect your activity, not your payout speed.
- Until you reach the milestone, the standard 7-business-day window applies.
