Your payouts are sent to the Stripe account you connected. If you need to switch to a different bank or account, you can disconnect your current Stripe account and connect a new one — your held earnings stay safe throughout.
How to do it
- Go to the Payments area of your dashboard.
- Select Disconnect on your connected account. You’ll be asked to confirm.
- Once disconnected, use Connect with Stripe to set up the new account.
What happens to money that’s being held
Disconnecting doesn’t put your earnings at risk. Any funds still being held for you stay tied to your Preloved Bazaar account, not to the Stripe account you removed. When you connect a new account, those held funds pay out to whichever account you connect next once their normal holding window passes.
Good to know
- You can reconnect at any time — there’s no penalty for switching accounts.
- While you have no account connected, payouts are held rather than sent, so reconnect promptly if you have sales waiting.
- Changing to a new account may mean going through Stripe’s verification again for the new details.
