The more you sell and ship reliably, the faster your money reaches you. Established sellers enjoy a shorter holding window on their payouts as a thank-you for a proven track record.
The two windows
- Standard sellers — funds are released 10 working days after tracking is added.
- Established sellers — that window drops to 3 working days.
In both cases, working days are counted Monday to Friday and UK bank holidays don’t count.
How you become established
The faster window applies once you’ve reached 500 completed shipments. It’s about a consistent history of sending items and completing orders — keep shipping promptly and adding tracking, and your shipment count builds over time.
Tracking your progress
- Your progress towards the faster window is shown in the Payments area of your dashboard, as a “Trusted seller” progress block counting towards 500 shipments.
- There’s no “Trusted” badge on your listings — this status only affects how quickly your funds are released, not how your items appear to buyers.
Good to know
- Separately, there are three activity badges that can show on your store and profile — New on Preloved, Frequent Uploads and Speedy Shipping — but these are about your activity, not your payout speed.
- Until you reach the milestone, the standard 10-working-day window applies.
