Once you’ve bought an item, you can follow its journey from the seller’s hands to your door. As soon as the seller marks it as shipped and adds tracking, the details appear on your order.
Where to find your tracking
- Go to your purchases and open the order you want to check.
- When the seller has shipped it, the order shows a Shipped note with the carrier and a tracking number, plus a Track parcel link.
- Use those details with the carrier to see where your parcel is.
While you wait
Sellers send items themselves once an order comes in, so there’s a short, normal gap between buying and the tracking appearing. If it’s been a while and there’s still no tracking, don’t worry — you’re protected.
If nothing turns up
- If the seller hasn’t added tracking within a few days, the platform steps in automatically and you’ll be refunded — see “What if the seller never ships?”
- If your parcel was shipped but something’s wrong when it arrives, you’re covered by Preloved Protection and can report a problem.
Good to know
- Your payment is held safely the whole time, not handed straight to the seller.
- The seller only gets paid after the item is on its way and a holding window has passed.
