When one of your items sells, it’s over to you to send it. You arrange the postage yourself, then tell us it’s on its way so the buyer can track it and your payout can begin.
Step by step
- Pack it well. Wrap delicate fabrics and embellished pieces carefully so they arrive in the condition you described.
- Send it with your chosen carrier. You pick the carrier and service that suits the parcel — postage is seller-arranged.
- Mark it as shipped. Open the order in your dashboard and use mark as shipped, then enter the carrier and the tracking number from your postage receipt.
Why the tracking matters
Adding tracking does two important things: it lets the buyer follow their delivery, and it starts the clock on your payout. Until you mark the item shipped with tracking, your payout stays on hold.
Good to know
- Post promptly once an item sells — buyers appreciate it, and shipping quickly counts towards your activity on the platform.
- If an item isn’t shipped at all, the buyer is protected by an automatic refund — see “What if the seller never ships?”
- Keep your proof of postage until the order is complete, just in case there’s a query.
