Every purchase on Preloved Bazaar comes with Preloved Protection. Whether it’s your first buy or your fiftieth, you can shop pre-loved knowing you’re looked after from checkout to delivery.
What you’re protected against
- Your item not arriving. If the seller doesn’t post your order, we’ll cancel it and refund you automatically — you don’t have to chase it.
- Your item not being as described. If what arrives doesn’t match the listing — wrong condition, wrong size, damaged in transit, or you suspect it isn’t genuine — you can report a problem and we’ll help put it right.
- Your money going astray. Your payment is held securely by Stripe until your item is on its way, rather than going straight to the seller.
How it works behind the scenes
When you pay, your money is held safely rather than released to the seller immediately. It’s only passed on once your item has shipped and a short window has passed, giving you time to receive it and check it’s as expected.
The small print, simply
- Protection applies to UK purchases made and paid for on Preloved Bazaar, in pounds sterling (GBP).
- It’s funded by the small Preloved Protection fee added at checkout.
- To stay covered, keep your payment and conversations on Preloved Bazaar.
