Found something you loved, gone back for it, and now it’s nowhere to be seen? Here’s what’s most likely happened.
It’s probably sold
Every listing on Preloved Bazaar is a single, one-off pre-loved item — there’s only ever one in stock. The moment someone buys it, it sells out and the listing is automatically hidden. It won’t come back, because there isn’t another one.
This is exactly why pieces here can go quickly: if it’s the only one, the first person to buy it gets it.
Other reasons a listing might not show
- The seller has hidden or removed it. Sellers can take a listing down or set it to hidden, for example if they’ve changed their mind about selling.
- It’s part of an accepted offer. If you’d made an offer that wasn’t accepted, the item may have sold to someone else.
What you can do
- If you’d had it in your Bag, that item will show as “Sold” once it’s gone.
- Browse the seller’s other listings — they may have something similar.
- Next time, don’t wait too long on a piece you love. With one-of-a-kind items, it’s worth acting sooner rather than later.
