Going away, or just need a break from selling? Holiday mode lets you pause your whole shop in one tap — your listings are hidden from buyers until you switch it off, and nothing about them changes in the meantime.
Turning holiday mode on
- Go to your dashboard profile — the page you land on when you open your dashboard.
- Use the holiday mode button in your profile header to switch it on.
- That’s it — the change takes effect straight away.
What happens while it’s on
- All of your listings are hidden from the shop, search results and your store page.
- No one can buy your items — if a buyer tries, they’ll see a message that you’re currently on holiday.
- Your listings themselves aren’t changed — prices, photos, drafts and visibility settings all stay exactly as you left them.
Coming back
Switch holiday mode off from the same place and your shop reopens instantly — every listing reappears just as it was. There’s nothing to republish.
Good to know
- If your shop stays on holiday for a while, we’ll send you a weekly reminder email so a paused shop doesn’t get forgotten. You can turn these off under Settings ▸ Account ▸ Email preferences.
- Holiday mode pauses new sales only — if you have orders already in progress, you still need to post them and see them through as normal.
- It’s ideal for travel, busy periods or Eid and wedding season breaks — pause with confidence and pick up where you left off.
