Preloved Protection is the cover that comes with every purchase on Preloved Bazaar. It’s there to give you peace of mind when buying pre-loved pieces from individual sellers, so you can shop with confidence.
What it covers
- A refund if your item isn’t as described. If what arrives doesn’t match the listing, you can report a problem and we’ll help put it right.
- Your payment held securely. Your money is processed by Stripe and held safely until your item is on its way, rather than going straight to the seller.
- Buyer and seller support. If something doesn’t go to plan, we’re here to help both sides reach a fair outcome.
What it costs
Preloved Protection is a small fee added at checkout: £0.50 plus 5% of the item price (postage isn’t included in the calculation). You’ll see it listed clearly as “Preloved Protection” in your order summary, so there are never any surprises.
