We like to keep things clear and fair. Here’s exactly what you pay on Preloved Bazaar — whether you’re buying or selling.
If you’re buying
The only fee buyers pay is the Preloved Protection fee: £0.50 plus 5% of the item price (postage isn’t included in the calculation). It’s added at checkout and shown clearly as “Preloved Protection” in your order summary, so you always know the full cost before you pay.
That fee is what funds your protection — a refund if your item isn’t as described, your payment held securely until delivery, and support if something goes wrong.
If you’re selling
- No listing fee. It’s free to list your items — you can put up as much as you like without paying to do so.
- You receive the item price plus the postage the buyer pays. The buyer’s Preloved Protection fee is separate and isn’t taken from your earnings.
Your earnings are paid out securely to your connected account via Stripe once an order completes.
