How can we help you?

Which carriers can I use?

Postage on Preloved Bazaar is seller-arranged, which means you choose the carrier and service that works best for your parcel and your budget. We don’t tie you to any one company.

The carriers in the list

When you mark an item as shipped, you pick a carrier from a dropdown. UK options include:

  • Royal Mail — including Tracked 24, Tracked 48 and Special Delivery
  • Evri
  • DPD UK
  • Parcelforce
  • Yodel
  • InPost UK
  • Other — for any carrier not listed above

If you’re based in the US, Canada or the EU, or you’re posting to a buyer overseas, the dropdown also includes the major carriers for those regions (for example USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Canada Post, and national posts across Europe). Pick the one that matches your label, or choose Other.

Choosing a service

For anything but the lowest-value items, a tracked service is well worth it. Tracking lets your buyer follow the parcel, it’s needed to start your payout, and it gives you proof the item was on its way if a question ever comes up. Special Delivery or another insured option is sensible for higher-value wedding and designer pieces.

Good to know

  • Picking “Other” simply lets you enter a carrier that isn’t on the list — you’re not limited to the named ones.
  • You buy your postage from the carrier as usual — there’s no in-app label purchase yet — then add the tracking number to the order.
  • Adding a tracking number lets the buyer track the parcel and starts your payout window; the number itself is a link to the carrier’s own tracking page.
  • You pay for postage yourself and recover the cost through the postage price you set on the listing.
