Before you pay, Preloved Bazaar shows you a clear breakdown of your order so there are no surprises. Here’s what each line means.
Subtotal
This is the price of the item (or items) you’re buying, added together. It’s the seller’s listed price, before postage and the protection fee.
Shipping
This is the postage for your order, set by the seller. If a seller hasn’t set a postage price on an item, postage can be free.
Preloved Protection
This is the Preloved Protection fee — £0.50 plus 5% of the item price (postage isn’t part of the calculation). It funds your cover: a refund if your item isn’t as described, your payment held securely until delivery, and support if something goes wrong.
Total
This is the full amount you’ll pay: the subtotal, plus shipping, plus the Preloved Protection fee. It’s the figure that’s charged to your chosen payment method.
