Sold an item and have another like it — or a sale that fell through and the piece is back in your hands? You can bring a sold listing back to life in a couple of clicks. And if a listing never sold and you no longer want it, you can delete it.
Relisting a sold item
- Open your dashboard profile and find the item in your Sold listings.
- Choose Relist — this opens the item in the listing editor.
- Check the photos, details and price are still right, then save.
The item only goes live once you save from the editor — clicking Relist alone doesn’t republish it, so you always get a chance to update the details first. Once saved, the listing is buyable again and treated as freshly listed, so it appears near the top of the shop.
Deleting a listing
- Open your listings in the dashboard and choose Delete on the item.
- You’ll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.
- Deleting is only available for listings that have never sold.
Listings that have sold can’t be deleted — they’re part of your order history, and the buyer’s records depend on them. If a sold item is back with you, Relist is the way to make it available again.
Good to know
- If you just want a listing out of sight for a while, you don’t need to delete it — switch it to Hidden instead (see “Editing or hiding a listing”).
- Relisting keeps everything from the original listing — photos, description, size and postage — so it’s much quicker than starting again.
