You can change a listing whenever you like — tweak the price, refresh the photos, fix a detail, or take it out of view for a while. It’s all done from your dashboard.
Editing a listing
- Open your listings in the dashboard and choose the item you want to change.
- Open the item to edit it — this brings up the same listing editor you used to create it.
- Update whatever you need — photos, title, description, condition, colour, size, price or postage — then save your changes.
Hiding a listing
Every listing has a visibility setting with two options: Visible or Hidden.
- Visible means the item appears in the shop and can be bought.
- Hidden takes it out of public view, so no one can see or buy it, but it stays in your dashboard ready to bring back later.
Hiding is handy if a piece needs a fresh photo, if you’re not ready to sell it yet, or if you want to pause it temporarily without deleting it.
Good to know
- When an item sells, it’s hidden automatically — you don’t need to do anything.
- Bringing a listing back is as simple as switching it from Hidden to Visible.
The visibility setting lives in its own Visibility section in the editor, with the two options Visible and Hidden — just switch between them and save.
