Deleting your Preloved Bazaar account

You can delete your Preloved Bazaar account and personal data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

1. In the app or on the website

Sign in, then go to Profile → Settings → Account → Close account in the mobile app (or your account settings on the website) and follow the prompts. Your request is processed once any active orders, pending payouts and open disputes have been resolved.

2. By email (no sign-in needed)

If you can no longer sign in, email hello@prelovedbazaar.co.uk from the address linked to your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will verify your identity and process the deletion for you.

What is deleted

When your account is closed we delete or anonymise your profile and display name, your listings, your saved searches and favourites, your messages, and your contact details.

What we keep, and for how long

We retain a limited record of completed transactions (orders, payments and payouts) only where we are legally required to — for example for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes — for up to 6 years, after which it is deleted. These records are not used for any other purpose.

How long it takes
