Buying

It’s pretty straight forward. Find the item you like, follow the checkout process. Simple.

On the product page, you will see the seller’s details. Send them a message if in doubt about anything.

At present, we only have PayPal enable. However, you can still checkout using your credit/debit card without the need to login.

You can check out from multiple sellers. Keep in mind, each seller will have their own shipping fee, so you will be charged accordingly to the sellers’ policy.

We have allowed our marketplace to sell from the following countries,

United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Denmark, France, Italy, Spain, Germany.

If your country is not listed, get in touch, we may consider it.

 

Selling

The good news is, we don’t charge anything to list an item on our marketplace.

We have a flat rate of 7% selling fee on every order. There are no hidden charges. You will pay the standard PayPal transaction fee on every order. Transaction fee of around 2.9% for PayPal.

Before you can start selling, please set up your shipping profile via the store manager page. You can set a flat rate or multiple rates depending on the items you are selling. It is recommended to keep shipping fee at a minimum, so buyers are not put off on high shipping rates. Once the item has been posted, please update the order with the tracking number.

We will release funds after 7 days of the order made. We have the right to request a refund on behalf of the buyer through PayPal mediation process if the buyer has not received their order.

Buyer & Seller Protection

In the first instance, reach out to the seller. If you don’t get a response, get in touch with us, and we will handle the dispute for you.

When purchasing from other consumers, it is important to note that consumer protection laws do not apply. This means that certain rights, such as the right to reject under section 20 of the Consumer Rights Act, are not applicable. In transactions between individuals, buyer’s rights are significantly reduced.

Specifically, sections 9 and 10 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cover the requirement for goods to be of satisfactory quality and fit for a particular purpose, do not apply. When buying from private sellers, it is not necessary for the goods to be fault-free. If the seller has clearly mentioned any defects or marks, or if these are visible in the seller’s photographs, you do not have a case against the seller in such instances.

However, if the goods received do not match the description provided by the seller, you have the right to request a refund or seek compensation. It is important to ensure that the item received aligns with the seller’s description to protect your consumer rights in these situations.

Orders & Purchases

Please contact the seller. If you have no response in 48 hours, please contact us and we will help.

Each seller will have their own cancellation policy. Please ask before purchasing.

Get in touch with us and we will help.

You will need to contact the seller if they are able to provide you with a refund label. Sellers do not have to provide a shipping label.

Account

In the event you forget a password for your computer, email, or social media accounts, you can reset your password directly through the system by clicking on ‘forgotten password’. If you are still struggling to reset your password, get in touch, and we will send you a reset password link.

To change your password if you’re already logged in:
Click account in the top right of the page ‘My Account’
Select Account details.
Change your password.
Click Save Changes.

You can close your account at any time.

Get in touch with us and we will delete your account. You can register in the future if you want to.

If you chose to register your account as a buyer instead of a selling account, you can easily convert this by clicking on ‘My Account’. There will be a button, ‘Become a Seller’. Click this, and it will run you through with the set-up process to become a seller.

Returns & Refunds

After submitting your return, please allow at least 2-3 weeks of processing time before checking your refund status.
With some returns, like heavy or bulky items, specialized return methods or delivery companies can help. In these cases, after you start your return on the “Order History” page, you get more instructions.. If you don’t automatically receive a return label, our team or the seller’s support team contacts you.

Return policies are the rules retail merchants establish to manage the process by which customers return or exchange unwanted or defective merchandise that they have purchased previously. Return policies are an extension of the customer service retailers provide; they tend to be fairly liberal as a consequence.

If the seller has put ‘No Returns’ in the description, then unfortunately no return or refund will be available. Please read the description before buying or ask any question before purchase. Please respect sellers, even if you have buyer protection.

Shipping & Tracking

They say nothing is free in life—even “free shipping.” Well, that’s up to the seller to determine this.

At this time, we can’t change your delivery address once the order has been processed. If your order hasn’t been processed, please get in touch with the seller.
